Job Overview
Are you an experienced institutional sales professional with a passion for capital markets, investment products, and building long-term client relationships? Your Tasks
- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients across North America.
- Build and manage relationships with asset managers, ETF issuers, investment banks, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the region.
- Present Solactive's index capabilities and custom index solutions as strategic enablers for new investment products and mandates.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design discussions through negotiation and deal execution.
- Work closely with Index Structuring and In-house teams to deliver innovative index solutions tailored to client needs.
- Represent Solactive at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, or business development within financial services.
- Strong network and proven track record with clients in asset management, ETFs, investment banking, wealth management or institutional investment.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, indexing, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
